The West African Examination Council is an examination board established by law in 1952 by the English-speaking countries in West Africa to conduct examinations and award certificates to their candidates. WAEC Scratch Card
Waec scratch card is a plastic card with a scratch patch on the reverse side that conceals a PIN required to access the WAECDIRECT service. The scratch card can be used to access the results three times. After the third attempt, students must purchase another scratch card to have another chance to access their results.
