| Abstract: | Le trait OHADA relatif l’harmonisation du droit des affaires en Afrique sign Port-Louis (le Maurice) le 17 octobre 1993 a t modifi par le trait de Qubec (Canada) le 17 octobre 2008. Ce dernier trait est entr en vigueur le 21 mars 2010. Le prsent article, afin de rendre compte de la nouveaut des dispositions du Trait de Qubec, met en parallle ses dispositions avec celles du Trait de Port-Louis. Le Trait de Qubec apporte des innovations tenant plus particulirement au renforcement du dispositif institutionnel de l’OHADA, ses langues de travail (qui comprennent dsormais officiellement, outre le franais, l’anglais, l’espagnol et le portugais), et sa Cour commune de justice et d’arbitrage.
