INTRODUCTION

Enterprise states the committee true and reward for primate enterprise and self equipment it is an economy that appreciates creativity, initiative and hard work.  Our country Nigeria is one of such economy. Therefore, people are now self determined to their way of life somebody seems to be thinking of what he or she will be doing with his hand or brains, since it is understood that t he government cannot provide gainful employment for all the citizens.

Ever since 1960, the country’s development plans have handed a great example on public section control in the economy. There have being a situation where the public and private sector mix has appreciate little towards public sector domination. The situation has generally differentiated the government as  major investor in the letting a business which should have left otherwise to the private sector (IKE 198:23) the net effort of this kind of government participation in and control of business activities has been the emergence and general perception of the government as provider of almost everything that makes life worth living, mostly development. But today is reversing, we have bad economic management in the past leaders , wasteful attitude in the government and the people as well as the relegation of the agricultural sector and now private initiative  has given way to hunger, disease, squatter an mass unemployment and among others.

Nigeria appears to be currently finding the in pitiful path to a possible entrepreneurship venture in the 21st century. Nigeria are now forced to begin a fresh re-awakening to the real difficulties and realities  of true nationhood. The new emphasis on self employment is better understood to be in line with the above consideration. The unemployment situation is the country is leading a lot of unemployed Nigerians, including graduates ans school leavers into self determination through self employment.

Graduate and school leavers have now realized that government and the organized private sector enterprise are not ready to come to them and directly through paid employments. In alternative ino various business ventures.

Lastly, the low literacy level and general ignorance which causes a lot of bad behaviours and malpractices within the Nigerian business environment would be challenges seriously and awesome with the raw generation entrepreneurship will eventually assure a near view. Finally, it is against to examine the challenges of entrepreneurship development in Nigeria.
